Recently, I watched a Turkish movie with English subtitles on Netflix- “ You Do You “. It should be added to your “ must watch list”. The movie had the right combination of humour and romance. The story is quite interesting and I liked the line “You Do You “!
I loved this movie and it certainly brightened up my day and reminded me of a time when I faced challenges at work by adding a dash of humour in them so as to enjoy my work and not be weighed down by the negativity of it all. Never give up when faced with difficulties and try to greet the challenges in your life with humour, strength and determination as then positivity will follow.
People from all cultures would be able to relate to this movie . In this story I liked the way romance and humour danced around the initial revenge that brought these two people together. In all it was a movie that made one feel good.
I believe that You should be You all the time ! Just be You ! Do what defines You ! So don’t loose your essence as just. being you will make you unique. Have your original style that translates you and not anyone else. Life is short and so celebrate who you are in that time! Being different can be interesting and stylish too! :) And never give up on you and your dreams. Believe in yourself and you will always find s way . This is my interpretation and I think the movie echoed some of my thoughts.
